Lisa M. Clifford, PT, DPT, MBA, CWT
Owner / Physical Therapist
Lisa received her Doctoral degree from Rutgers University and University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2013. She has worked with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurologic disorders to allow her patients to return to their normal lives and all of the activities they enjoy. Additionally, Lisa is also a LSVT BIG certified clinician specializing in the treatment of patients during all stages of Parkinson’s disease. Recently, Lisa also became a certified wound therapist through the International Lymphedema & Wound Training Institute (ILWTI). Throughout the course of her career, she has always returned to the home health setting and enjoys the individualized, one on one approach that this allows for.

Beth Jansen, PT
Physical Therapist
Beth graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a Master of Physical Therapy in 1998. Since graduation she has lived and worked in Salisbury, enjoying the Eastern Shore for all it has to offer. Beth's Physical Therapy experience has been in many settings including inpatient acute and subacute rehab and home health. She has also worked as a Care Transitions Coordinator for Home Health. Her favorite setting is in the patient's home where she can provide education and assistance to maximize their independence and safety in their own home.
Krystle (Mandee) Wheelock, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Krystle (Mandee) Wheelock graduated with her doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2010. Mandee has since had the privilege of working in pediatric, skilled nursing, and home health settings, in the latter of which she has spent the past five years. She enjoys working with varying conditions and loves the opportunity to work one-on-one with her patients, approaching each case uniquely by focusing treatment on accomplishing that which the patient most desires to achieve for optimum quality of life.
Matthew Whaley, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Matthew graduated from University of Maryland- Eastern Shore with his DPT in 2014. Since that time, he has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings ranging from outpatient, inpatient, and home health. He is a certified LSVT BIG clinician for patients with Parkinson Disease and also enjoys working with patients of various other neurological diagnoses including stroke and brain injury. As a weekend warrior himself with both volleyball and refereeing soccer, Matthew also thrives off helping patients with orthopedic injuries return to their previous activities.

Stephanie McAllister, PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist
Stephanie received her doctoral degree from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2008 and her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification in 2018. Stephanie has worked in a variety of clinical settings that include hospital-based acute care, acute and subacute rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, and outpatient clinics. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Stephanie developed an outpatient clinic that was both on-site and mobile to improve access to health care for patients/clients in underserved areas on the Eastern Shore of MD, VA, and DE. She began teaching with the Physical Therapy Department at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in the fall of 2020 and transitioned to a full-time faculty member in the summer of 2021. She has now collaborated with Shore Therapy Solutions to extend her outpatient home health clinical reach throughout the lower shore region.

Carolyn Bridson, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Carolyn graduated from South University in 2017 with an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. Carolyn has worked in many settings from Acute care and Skilled nursing, to Outpatient and Home Health. Carolyn loves working with patients to improve their balance and gait quality, so they are able to get out of their house and enjoy the area. Carolyn moved to the Eastern Shore in late 2020 and loves being close to the ocean for swimming and near forests and mountains for hiking. Her goal for 2023 is to hike part of the Appalachian Trail. Please feel free to reach out to Carolyn with any questions or concerns as she is always happy to help solve any issue and get patients back to their full potential.
Deyonna E. Parker, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
A graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Deyonna earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Science in 2014. Her educational endeavors didn’t stop there, as she in 2019 earned her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Wor-Wic Community College. With this degree, Deyonna has had the pleasure of treating patients in several settings including long term care, skilled home care, and outpatient services. Through her experiences, she has learned from her patients’ impairments in things ranging from neurologic to orthopedic disorders. Currently, Deyonna is completing courses to receive her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. Upon graduation, she plans to pass her knowledge forward to educate her future patients. Just as they continue to admire and inspire her, Deyonna is motivated to achieve her goals just like her patients.
Lyndsey R Hart, BS, CLT, LPTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Lyndsey graduated from James Madison University in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. In 2012, she completed her degree in Physical Therapist Assistant at Tidewater Community College. Since graduation, she has worked in outpatient, acute care hospital and home health with a variety of neuromuscular conditions and disorders. Lyndsey is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist and is currently working to complete her wound care certification.

Amy Coyne has been an Occupational Therapist for 12 years working in a variety of settings including outpatient, acute care and home health in Delaware, Boston, and Maryland. She prides herself on being a patient advocate and strives to work with her patients and their families on reaching their goals. After taking sixteen months off to travel after the Covid-19 pandemic, she is eager to return to the eastern shore.
Erin McCloskey, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Erin graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2009. She began her career in New Jersey working in schools, medical day cares, and sub acute rehabs. She moved to the Eastern Shore in 2015 and has worked in sub acute rehab and home health settings. She has spent the last 5 and half years working in the home health setting. Erin enjoys working with her patients in their own homes to help them regain their maximum levels of independence and quality of life to participate in meaningful tasks to them.
Janice Cortis, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Janice is an Occupational Therapist with 30+ years of service experience. She has worked in many settings including hospitals, outpatient, community re entry, acute care and long term care, home health care and specialty brain injury treatment. She has treated patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. She has published an article on Brain Injury in the American Occupational Therapy Journal . She looks forward to helping people in their home achieve wellness and independence in daily life.
Megan Dell, COTA
Occupational Therapist Assistant
Megan graduated from Delaware Technical community college in May of 2011 with her Associates in Occupational Therapy Assistant. In January of 2014, she received her Bachelor’s in Allied Health from Wilmington University. Megan has had the pleasure of mainly treating patients in the long-term care setting but made the switch this year to skilled home care. Through her experiences she has learned a lot from treating various diagnoses. In the end, she loves the feeling of getting the patient back to their highest level of independence.
Emily Barry, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Emily received her Master's degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and maintains her certificate of clinical competency (CCC) through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). She has worked with a variety of patients with developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders. She firmly believes both eating and communicating are cornerstones of a happy life and is passionate about patients maintaining dignity and quality of life. Emily has experience in skilled nursing and home health and enjoys the functional approach of working with patients in their home environments.
Rachel Adams Lee
Administrative Assistant
Rachel has her bachelor's degree from West Chester University in Business and Public Affairs with a concentration in environmental planning. She is coming from the dental industry with experience in office management and administration. She loves meeting new people and helping them get the care they need.
